Recently, Demi has did an interview with Adweek.com in promotion of X Factor Season 3 which has already aired this week. During the interview, Demi has talked about her social media and how it enables to connect to her fans and her favorite TV Shows at the moment. Read the below interview to find out more.

What’s the first information you consume in the morning?
Usually I jump on Twitter and then CNN. I am an information junkie. I’m particularly fascinated with the psychology behind criminal acts and the investigations around the crimes. Is that wrong?

Tell us about your social media routine. What are your go-to platforms?
Social media has been such a great tool for my fans and me to keep in touch with each other. I use Twitter the most, but I’ve also started to use Keek, which I love because I’m able to post short videos. I just posted a video from my 21st birthday in Africa, which was amazing.

What occupies your mind in the car?
Because I live in L.A., I spend a lot of time in the car and love using that time to listen to music. I guess my driving should occupy my mind a little more often because I’m not the best driver.

What’s on your playlist at the moment?
I usually listen to music on my phone or iPod. Right now I’m listening to Ed Sheeran, Jay-Z, Rihanna, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.

How do you pass the time when you’re shooting The X Factor?
During breaks, I like to post updates on Twitter about my contestants or the performances, or just laugh and joke with my fellow judges.

Are you a TV junkie?
With my schedule, I hardly have time to watch TV, but when I do I love watching anything about the paranormal or aliens—I’m fascinated by all of this. I’m also totally obsessed with Game of Thrones right now, and I love 48 Hours and Dateline.

How do you wind down before going to bed?
I can fall asleep pretty easy, so there’s not always a wind-down necessary. I do like to do a little meditation—ideally one in the morning to set the tone for the day and another one in the evening before I go to sleep.

What are you reading right now?
Scripts. I joined the cast of Glee for a few episodes this season, and we just began taping. It’s fun to combine my worlds of acting and singing, and even better to do it with some of my friends.

Which is more nutritious, print or the Web?
Both. But I probably get more information from the Web, out of habit. I’m constantly Googling everything—I’m full of random information.

What’s your favorite app?
Obviously Twitter, but lately Keek is moving up in the ranks. I was into Snapchat for a minute, but not as much anymore. I also like to play games on my phone—right now I’m into Candy Crush.

You’re well-known for your personal style. Where do you get your inspiration?
I enjoy skimming through the pages of Elle and Vogue, but my fashion choices are based on comfort. I’m most confident when I’m comfortable.
